Introducing Jeanette Allom-Hill
Jeanette Allom-Hill is the 2020 Winner Telstra Business Women’s Awards - Public Sector and Academia. She is the Chair of the NFP charity No More Fake Smiles and a board member for the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network and Montrose Therapy and Respite Services. She is a Partner in an Executive Coaching firm that works with C suite leaders across Australia and Asia and is the CEO of a consulting business providing advice to Federal government on the successful implementation of large reform initiatives.
Jeanette has worked in the private sector for over 15 years holding senior roles in Optus, NBN, Microsoft and Boston Consulting Group. Over the last 12 years she has dedicated her career to the public sector as a transformation expert, having worked in Prime Minister and Cabinet, Treasury, Transport, Justice, Immigration, Education and Health. Jeanette has worked across the depth and breadth of government concluding with a role in the Sunshine Coast Council as the Chief Operations Officer managing just over 2,300 employees with an organisational budget of $848 million.
She has worked in the UK, USA, Europe, Asia and Australia and is currently completing her PHD focusing on resilience and recovery.
